EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
- You must notify customer service in writing of your wish to exchange or refund your order. Please enclose the order confirmation as proof.
- Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging otherwise your return may not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send the shipment back to us by registered post and retain your proof of posting. We cannot be liable to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.
- Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges based on stock availability. In case the substitute size is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately on our website.

- We try to dispatch items as soon as they're ready to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will provide you with a refund. Unfortunately, this means that it is not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it is out for delivery. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Sale items (if applicable) - only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. NOTE: Please check your hip measurement prior to placing your order.
With measuring tape: stand on a level surface with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips (approximately 7"-9" below waistline), keeping tape parallel with the floor.
Without measuring tape: if you don't have a measuring tape, look for flexible materials like string or yarn. Wrap it around the fullest point of your hips and measure the length of the string or yarn against a yardstick or a ruler.
